Senior Football

We have two constantly evolving squads who have taken the club to the national Third Tier Combination standard (last three seasons in the SW Combination) and our Reserve squad competes just two leagues below having achieved three promotions in just four years. At least 80% of the senior players are products of our own youth development policy with the addition of some quality established players who have contributed towards our ongoing success at senior level. Every season in senior football has so far brought a steady and sustainable improvement. Luton Town Ladies FC makes no apologies for being ambitious in striving to achieve as higher standard of football as possible and asking for the commitment from it`s players to achieve that. To balance that we aim to provide our Ladies with a professional set up where they can develop and enjoy their whole football experience. We also recognise the lack of career prospects for female footballers and try to achieve a football/life balance where possible although the players themselves set the standards required to progress.

We are currently seeking young, experienced and ambitious footballers in all positions to become part of what we hope will be a bright future for this club.

Youth Section

Any young player wanting to pull on a Luton Town shirt must have the ambition to become a senior footballer in this club. We are totally confident that we can develop you as footballers within a competitive, but fun, environment to achieve that goal.
Our established development record speaks for itself as a brief trawl through the current senior squad shows that a majority have been with Luton since they were 10/11 years old progressing through the ranks.
The current 10/11 year olds and younger (join from 8 years old) playing Mini Soccer are our long term future footballers but not that long term as several 16 year olds have made their senior debuts this past season so in this club if you are good enough, then you are old enough.
